I called clear to make arrangements to pay on the 3rd so on the 2nd they post a pre-authorized withdrawal to that card. They were not authorized to do so.

Sound familiar not only do they charge you and not deliver they steal money out of your account.

And they called to answer a speed ticket issue, and basically told me you are SOL.

I signed up with Clear the first day here in Atlanta. The first few weeks were amazing, the next few months were great, the next few months were OK. Since August 2010 Clear SUX I have no cable now because I told them to take a flying leap. I can only watch a movie if I rent one from the store, I cancelled NetFlix because I could never watch it. I swear by all that is Holy I will NEVER sign a two year contract again. They may as well have machines answering customer service calls. I am .75 miles from my tower with an almost line of site aspect and I rarely get more than .49 download I can't wait until I reach that magic time when it doesn't cost more to cancel than it does to keep it I would almost rather be without than have this type of service."
