Dear Clearwire Clear Customers,

I have been a customer of Clearwire Clear about 5-6 years, and I was okay with their service up until Summer of 2010.  At that time my service started to go in and out,. I would go a few hours each day with no service at about the around 12:00 a.m. everyday.  They did compensate me a little bit for the time without service, but only after I wasted a few hours wasted on the phone with their tech support.

What I am upset about now is that I have been on the phone with them for hours, due to troubleshooting the really slow internet speed that I have been experiencing for a few weeks from between the hours of 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.  My internet speed drops from about 3-4 Mbps to anywhere from .13 Mbps to .50 Mbps.  The technical support people that I talked to on the phone say that I should be getting a download speed of at least 4.0 Mbps.  After hours of troubleshooting, they said they would have to put in a “Speed Ticket”, and then about a week later they I was contacted by a Robot named “Angel” on the phone.  She told me to press "1" to talk to a associate about the ticket that was filed, but when I pressed the "1" key, I got a busy signal.  Angel called me about 4 more times in the next few hours, and all I got from her was the same experience.  This isn't the first time she called me though!  I got 5 calls from her in one day just to take a survey on how my experience was with the company during my last phone conversation with them.  That was the first women that ever has stalked me.  LOL.  They finally got me the results from the so called “Speed Ticket”, and the result that was given to me was that it is an issue with the tower, and they wouldn’t have it fixed for about 6 months.  All I could say to them was, "HOLY CORNHOLIO!"  I couldn't believe that it was going to take them about 6 months to fix this issue.

On 01/11/2011 I called and talked to a Rep on the phone by the name of Brian, who claimed to work out of the Las Vegas call center.  I have never been more disrespected in my entire life!  He continuously talked over me, and when I demanded to talk to his supervisor., he flat out told me that he didn’t have a supervisor, and that I could not talk to a different one because there was not a supervisor there.  Then he put me on a terminal hold, and that is when I decided to cancel my service with them.  This is by far the worst service for an internet service provider that I have ever had! 

I am not a vengeful person, but I really think that other people who are thinking about getting service with Clearwire Clear should reconsider.  Did you know that your phone company will provide you with just internet service?  They will try to sell you the phone line also., but just say no and take the DSL Service.  That is where I am going to get my service from in the future.
